Ingredients
For the Crust:

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs, room temperature
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Prep the Pan and Oven
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease well with butter.
2. Make the Vanilla Wafer Crust
Crush vanilla wafers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar until the mixture holds together when pressed. Divide evenly among muffin cups and press firmly into the bottoms.
3. Prepare the Filling
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and flour until smooth and lump-free.
4. Fill and Bake
Divide filling evenly among muffin cups, filling about ¾ full. Bake 18–20 minutes, until centers are just set with a slight jiggle and tops appear matte.
5. Cool and Chill
Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to fully set.
