Ingredients

2 ripe bananas (200g)
180g (⅔ cup) cottage cheese
1 large egg
80ml (⅓ cup) maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
⅙ tsp salt
150g (1½ cup) oat flour
50g (½ cup) almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), prep loaf pan.
Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and stir.
Pour into pan, bake 30–35 mins.
