Insanely Good Cottage Cheese Banana Bread – Low-Fat & High-Protein

Description

Moist, fluffy, and packed with protein, this banana bread recipe uses cottage cheese instead of oil or butter for a healthy twist.


Ingredients

Scale
    • 2 ripe bananas (200g)

    • 180g (⅔ cup) cottage cheese

    • 1 large egg

    • 80ml (⅓ cup) maple syrup

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    • ⅙ tsp salt

    • 150g (1½ cup) oat flour

    • 50g (½ cup) almond flour

    • 2 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), prep loaf pan.

  • Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.

  • Add dry ingredients and stir.

  • Pour into pan, bake 30–35 mins.

  • Cool before slicing.
