Instructions
Whisk the Base

Slowly sprinkle in chia seeds while whisking to prevent clumps. Whisk for about 30 seconds.Rest and Re-Whisk
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.Chill and Set
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.Serve
