Ingredients

- Edible eyes
- Pink sprinkles or sanding sugar for bunny noses

Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin until finely ground. (This step is great for kids to help with!)
- Mix the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
- Shape and Chill:
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the tray for a minimum of 1 hour, or until the balls are firm and set.
- Melt the Chocolate:
- Gently melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
- Decorate with bunny ears, sprinkles, or candy eyes if desired.
- Chill again until the chocolate is fully set.
